At the Carpenter Center, B. Ingrid Olson takes over two floors of Le Corbusier’s landmark building with twin exhibitions that blur sculpture, photography, and architecture. History Mother reimagines the “history” of Olson’s practice, layering a decade of bent knees, mirrored gestures, and room-sized installations with playful rigor. Meanwhile, Little Sister stretches Olson’s work to an architectural scale, distorting doors, lights, and corridors until the building itself feels doubled. Together, the shows form a witty, feminist inquiry into how bodies and spaces frame each other.
