At the Guggenheim, Carol Bove turns steel into something that seems to breathe. Tubes are crushed and painted in clean, saturated color, then set beside raw found metal so the two states play off each other. On view March 5 to August 2, 2026, the exhibition holds tension and lightness in the same gesture, weight that reads as grace.
